Standard Shapes

If you need another shape or a different board or color, call us and we will be glad to quote you. For outdoor use, we recommend solid vinyl pvc which sells for approximately 40% more than foam boards. In general, if you can supply us with a pdf or eps file, we will be able to cut your drawing.

Foam Board is our most economical mounting board. Our Foam board has a polystyrene resilient core with clay coated paper.

Mightycore Heavyduty Foam Board

For more rigid and flatter requirements, we feature Bienfang MightyCore foam board. Made from Laser cut denser and stronger foam material

Gator Board

Gator board is our premium board. Made with a wood based surface, Gator foam is extremely rigid, weight bearing and very flat.

Plastic Board

We stock both Sintra and corrugated plastic boards for mounting. Sintra is a lightweight plastic board and is homogeneous with color and cell density evenly distributed. We stock both Black and White Sintra 1/8" (3mm) and 1/4" (6mm) thick. Other sizes and colors are available.
