Heavy Duty Foam Board

Featuring MightyCore and Ryno Foam Boards

MightycoreOur Heavy Duty Foam Boards are 1/4" and 1/2" thick. They feature a denser polystyrene core with SBS paper board surfaces. SBS is the same material used to make lightweight packaging such as toothpaste boxes and more. The SBS is stronger than the coated papers to make standard foam board and resists dents and warping better than standard foam board.

We recommend Heavy Duty boards for conditions such as high humidity and mounting heavyweight papers which can contribute to the bowing of standard foam board. Heavy Duty Boards work well with all mounting and laminating adhesive. Heavy Duty foam boards are available with and without adhesive, as pouch board and may be special cut to your requirements.

They are available in all black, white and now kraft boards.
