Phoenix Roll laminator

 

An economical way to mount and laminate.  The Phoenix is an easy to use laminator with easy roll gap settings and pre-set temperatures and speeds.  Don't be fooled by its' compact size, the Phoenix can adhere prints to many types of boards up to 1/2" thick, laminate both sides of a print with film and mount and laminate in one-step with pouch boards or roll film. Its' variable settings let you mount and laminate the widest range of materials including Canvas, Sintra, and Gator Boards.  The Phoenix is a great first wide-format laminator. 

 

The Phoenix 44 features:

roll laminatorThe Phoenix Laminator uses roll film wound on 3 " cores.  It is designed  for easy webbing.  The key to successful laminating with roll film is to keep the film smooth on the face of the roller.  The Phoenix does this automatically with the following features:

 

    • Easy webbing idler bar     • Dispensing bar with tension control

    • Self-gripping core chucks • Uses films on standard 3" cores

 

The Phoenix roll laminator uses films from 1.3 to 10 mils thick.  And with the easy webbing idler bar film changeover is quick reducing the film needed to thread the laminator. And you can easily mount and laminate with roll film and heat activated boards.   Using roll films can reduce your laminating costs by a third or more!
